The family-run farm is located in the historic little town of Borgata Rossa, in the Bibiana hills. It originally raised Piedmontese cattle, but switched to organic goat farming in 2007, focusing on the Alpine Chamoisee breed. Following the construction of the dairy, it also started to make cheeses.
It is an all-female venture, enthusiastically run by Luisella Rosso, who is always happy to show off her farm and the surrounding area of hills, woods and meadows, where her goats graze daily.
