The farm and adjoining dairy are located in Villar Perosa. During summer operations are transferred to the Alpine pastures at Selleries, over 2,000 metres above sea level, in the magnificent setting of the Orsiera-Rocciavrè Natural Park. It is one of the highest Alpine pastures in the Val Chisone. The 35-40 lactating Montbéliarde cows, at pasture from mid-June to the
end of September, are capable of producing enough milk to make over 700 Plaisentif cheeses per season, in addition to the other cheeses.
